Step 1: Imagination
Tell us more about the design you have in mind, share any ideas (pictures or drawings) to help make your dream into reality. We determine the price based on the material and stone you want to use in your jewelry. As Galapel; we can create your jewelry in gold, platinum, silver and 40 different gems and stones.
Step 2: Design
Once you purchase your custom jewelry, our designer will start working on your jewelry. This is the most important step so we make sure the outcome will meet your imagination! We will sent you drafts and we will do the final touches based on your opinion!
Step 3: Production
After you confirm the final version of your design, our expert will work on your jewelry untill it reaches to perfect match to your imagination! We will send you the picture of your jewelry before we ship it you! Once you approve your personalized jewelry, it will be put in special gift box and shipped to you!
Most Custom jewelry will be completed approximately with in 15 business days!!
After you send us your design, we will evaluate its price, and charge a non-refundable 25% from your preferred payment method. After payment is completed, we will send you the finial view of your jewelry. You may make alterations to your design in this step. After you verify this final view, the remaining 75% will be charged.
